Coming Home is a 28 day meditation challenge that inspires you to take time for yourself everyday. Create or maintain a consistent meditation practice with the support of A Mindful Mind’s wonderful community.
What’s Included
24 days of prerecorded meditations.
Enjoy 10-15 minutes to yourself everyday and explore various modalities of meditation as you do. Discover what kind of meditator you are with the flexibility to choose when you practice.
4 live group meditation sessions.
Remain connected and practice with like-minded people. There will be one live group meditation per week. Sessions held over Zoom and if can’t make one, a recording will be made available to you.
Weekly emails and community group.
Receive weekly emails with tips and encouragement to help you stay motivated. You’ll also have the option to join a community group where you can post your questions and special shares.
