Hello,

I’m Vivienne, a mental health nurse, meditation practitioner, mindful self-compassion teacher and nutritional therapist.

I resource busy professionals with seamless and sustainable ways of taking care of themselves to mitigate the risk of burnout, overwhelm and exacerbations of mental illness. 

Working at Australia’s largest adult psychiatric hospital, I understand the impact that a fast-paced, intense environment can have.

I believe prevention before intervention is the only way and as such, deliver classes, workshops and programs that inspire consistency, so clients can continue to reap the benefits of a mindful mind well into the future.

Individual Workshops

  • This workshop explores the fundamentals of mindfulness, demystifies the practice of meditation and demonstrates just how easy they are to implement into daily routine. We delve into their unique role in reducing burnout and improving physical and mental wellbeing.

  • Respect and cooperation among employees fosters a productive and harmonious workforce. This workshop dives into how mindfulness cultivates compassion and improves collegiality through emotional regulation, improved interpersonal effectiveness and stress management.

  • It doesn't matter if you're running the company or a new employee, perfectionism, anxiety, procrastination, self-doubt and shame affects us all. It can be difficult to ignore the loud voice of our inner critic. In this workshop, we delve into why we experience these feelings and how mindful self-compassion allows us to work with them, learning to flourish, despite the presence of the critic within.

  • Helping your team to switch off and recharge effectively while away from work, this workshop provides an overview of how mindfulness and meditation contribute to cultivating a sustainable work-life flow. Topics include stress management, sleep hygiene and practical applications of mindfulness.

  • Change can bring about stress and uncertainty. This workshop will support your team, teaching them how to pull through in tough times. In our time together, we discuss cultivating emotion regulation and resilience through acceptance, self-compassion and the accumulation of positive experiences.

Meditation Classes

  • This class is perfect for slowing down, giving your employees a moment to catch their breath. This 60 minute immersive experience includes breath work to stimulate the 'rest & digest' nervous system, a soothing meditation and complimentary aromatherapy to help maintain a rested state even after the class is over (if taught in person).

  • If improving clarity and concentration is what you're after, look no further. In this 60 minute class, cultivate greater focus while remaining in a state of calm through sensory exploration, breath work and mindfulness meditation.

    Allow the tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls to move you into clarity, calm and deeper relaxation. Perfect for teams with busy minds, experiencing stress or who struggle to follow verbal guidance. Prepare to feel deeply rested after the session.

Signature Programs

  • An all-in-one mindfulness course, giving people the tools to build resilience, find inner peace, feel more grounded and nurture their minds.

    This program is a skilful blend of concepts, skills and practices derived from three leading mindfulness-based programs: Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion, scaffolded with tailored mindfulness and meditation teachings to enhance integration into everyday life.

    7 week program (1.5hrs per week)

  • MSC is the combination of mindfulness and self-compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience. The practice of self-compassion involves responding to difficult thoughts and feelings with kindness and understanding so that we turn inward for comfort, rather than seeking it out in others all the time. Research has shown MSC boosts contentment and reduces the incidence and severity of conditions like anxiety and depression.

    8 week program (3hrs per week) or 5 night corporate retreat
